I was born in Aveiro, Portugal, at 4th
September of 1963
I received the degree in electrical engineering from the
University of Coimbra in 1988, the M. Sc. degree in Systems and
Automation in 1993 from the same University, and the Ph.D. degree
in electrical engineering from the University of Aveiro in 2000.
Presently I am a Professor Auxiliar at the Dep. de
